Budini Incorporated (Budini) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how Budini collects, uses, and protects Information submitted and collected when you use the mobile application (Mobile App).

· Information means information that determines the identity of an individual.

a. Registration Data. When registering for our Mobile App, you will provide Information (such as, company name, individual name, address, phone number, and email address).

a. Use of Information. We will not use any Information, except if you choose to use the reporting function in the Mobile App, in which case the report will list your company name, email address, phone number and name.

a. Legal Requirements. We may be required by law to disclose your Information, and we will try to take steps to limit any such disclosure.

b. Change of Ownership. We may choose to buy or sell assets during the normal course of business. Customer information can be one of the assets that are transferred. Moreover, if we sell part or substantially all our assets, were acquired by merger, consolidation, sale of assets, or otherwise, customer information would be one of the assets that would be transferred. You will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our Mobile App of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

a. Application of this Policy. By registering for our Mobile App, you agree to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and that we may process your Information.

b. Industry Standard Security. While we use industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control, there is no guaranty that our Mobile App cannot be compromised.

c. No Under Age 13. We do not intentionally gather Information about visitors who are under the age of 13.
