Q: How can I see a demo of your system?
A: We can schedule an online demonstration using WebEx, telephone and/or Skype.  If you're interested we'll provide a 30-day free trial installation.

Q: Can I extend my trial period?
A: Generally no, but we will make exceptions if there is genuine interest

Q: Is there a trial period for the AUDIT Tools?
A: No, due to the nature of the tool's use there is no trial period.  In a very unusual event that a new tool is defective it will be covered by its original warranty.

Q: Where can I find the price of your system?
A: There are many factors that affect price and availability of systems depending on the system itself, local support representation agreements depending on the country, and your own requirements.  The Price Quote form is a good way for us to quickly determine what is the correct price for your situation.

Q: How can I transfer the Budini application to another computer?
A: Send a support ticket informing which application and serial number you wish to transfer.  We will send step-by-step instructions.  In order to avoid the risk of loosing any information, please do not attempt to uninstall, install or transfer any files until you have received instructions from our technical support.  Depending on the situation the system may need to be upgraded before it is re-installed.

Q. Which data collection tools are better, the Air Auditor or the Budini Survey PDA and Bluetooth PneuSpector?
